Technical operation and reporting
Provision of software backend and implementation of software and firmware updates. Handling the technical operation of the charging station and monitoring.
Support, maintenance and servicing
Customer service and support. 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support options as well as annual maintenance and servicing.
Charging card and app for fleet drivers
Provision of an inno2fleet RFID charging card for all use cases (@home, @work, @public)
Accounting and reimbursement
Full processing of reimbursement of electricity costs and provision of necessary documentation

Provision of charging station backend
Monitoring and remote support via backend
Preventive maintenance through updates, restart of charging points in case of malfunctions, diagnosis and treatment of deeper malfunctions
Carrying out software and firmware updates
1st-level support via call center: telephone contact point for general questions and rapid assistance
2nd-level support via call centre: Solving technical problems at the charging points, remote diagnosis, and troubleshooting via the operating backend.
3rd-level support: On-call fault clearance service, on-site fault diagnosis and rectification

We take care of billing your employees' charging processes
For charging at your employees' homes, we will send you the charging costs incurred and automatically reimburse your employees for these expenses.
Simple handling of reimbursement-relevant processes via our charging app for fleet drivers
In the charge@work area, we will break down the charging costs to the originating cost centres for you if required
Private car drivers can pay directly via the private PayPal account using our ad-hoc payment solution
Publication of the charging stations in Hubject's roaming network
Enable ad-hoc charging processes (e.g. payments via PayPal)
Billing of these roaming and ad-hoc charging processes, including reimbursement of the charges collected, e.g. by collective credit note
