In addition to the overall project management as well as the creation of a suitable electrification strategy, inno2fleet is responsible for the project planning of the projects charge@home and charge@work with the aim of establishing a charging infrastructure network. The respective needs of charging infrastructure at the locations in the DACH region were defined in advance by a comprehensive site analysis (macro and micro analysis) and a site-specific charging infrastructure concept was created. inno2fleet manages the necessary trades for the installation of the charging infrastructure at the company locations and employee residences. In addition, inno2fleet has continuously optimized the "charge@home-Process" in the course of the project together with partners (including the Customer Care Center as well as the Field Service of Schneider Electric) and further developed it in terms of customer requirements. inno2fleet also ensures the operation and service of the charging infrastructure.
As things stand, half of the vehicle fleet is already electric. So far, 21 company locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland have been equipped with a total of 220 charging points by inno2fleet. In addition, around 500 wall boxes have been installed and operated at employees' homes.
In addition to the successful implementation of fleet electrification, inno2fleet supports the transformation of corporate mobility in a demand-oriented, sustainable and cost-optimized manner with a holistic consulting approach. Further mobility offers such as company bicycles, public transport tickets and mobility budgets are tested in pilot phases and introduced in the company.
