As part of this project, HelloFresh requested external consulting support from inno2fleet to evaluate the site in terms of energy criteria and the internal strategic framework conditions for the operation of the e-fleet. In the process, a holistic and future-oriented charging infrastructure concept was developed, which takes into account both current and future charging needs in terms of dimensioning. In addition, the requirements for the charging technology as well as for the electrical infrastructure are defined. Among other things, the current planning status of the energy supply is taken into account. The technical charging infrastructure concept is supplemented by an operator model tailored to the stakeholder structure. Furthermore, a bill of quantities was created, on the basis of which the necessary charging infrastructure measures can be awarded in the downstream tender process, as well as a technical supplement to the tender documents for the award of the charging infrastructure measures and support for provider evaluation and selection.
